Senior Logistics Officer

About the role

The Senior Logistics Officer will lead and optimise international logistics operations within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency, ensuring efficient supply‑chain management, SAP ERP logistics modules, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, operate, maintain and migrate SAP‑based ERP logistics modules.
• Analyse, aggregate, transform and visualise KPI data to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee provisioning, stock management, repair, return, transportation, procurement and financial processes.
• Manage data confidentiality and secure sharing methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑border logistics, budgeting and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or 10 + years progressive experience).
• Minimum 3 years experience in military logistics, including financial/procurement aspects.
• Experience in an international logistics‑focused environment and supply‑chain automation.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
