Senior Liquidity Risk Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liquidity Risk Consultant to support a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. The role will focus on delivering high‑quality regulatory reporting, enhancing liquidity frameworks and ensuring robust risk governance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce liquidity risk reporting and regulatory documentation for senior management and regulators.
• Support the creation of Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) reports.
• Contribute to Contingency Funding Plans (CFP) and develop Liquidity Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Review and improve liquidity risk frameworks to ensure consistency across all reporting.
• Perform liquidity risk analysis in line with regulatory requirements and support stress‑testing activities.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury and Finance teams to meet reporting cycles and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities for reporting improvements and maintain high standards of compliance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Risk or Liquidity Risk Management.
• Strong background in liquidity risk frameworks, regulatory reporting, ILAAP, CFP, stress testing and KRIs.
• Experience working within banks or other regulated financial services institutions.
• Excellent understanding of liquidity risk regulations and ability to produce technical reports.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
