Senior Insurance & Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to help insurance clients navigate digital transformation and strategic change. You will work on high‑impact projects that shape market positioning, new business models, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic positioning and new‑business orientation for insurance clients.
• Lead organisational redesign, business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal offer development by interpreting sector innovations and challenges.
• Support business development activities, including need definition and participation in commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, business engineering or management.
• 2‑6 years of experience in a consultancy, preferably with exposure to the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to synthesize findings into clear conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative team player, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
