Senior Fund Accountant – Private Equity & Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Fund Accountant will join Belasko’s Fund Accounting team, delivering high‑quality accounting services for private equity, private credit and real‑estate fund structures. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial transactions processed by bookkeepers and ensure correct posting.
• Perform bank and general‑ledger reconciliations and produce treasury and liquidity reports.
• Prepare and review drawdown and distribution notices for fund investors.
• Bridge facility management with compliance reporting requirements.
• Assist tax advisors with VAT and corporate tax return preparation and review.
• Respond to investor queries and provide timely information.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification or degree.
• Experience in fund accounting, preferably within private equity, credit or real‑estate funds.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
