Senior Financial Analyst, EU Operations FP&A

About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst in EU Operations FP&A, you will be the finance leader for strategic programs, shaping business decisions through rigorous analysis and financial modeling. You will partner closely with Operations and Stores teams to drive cost efficiency and provide clear financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models that support business decisions and evaluate cost structures.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, managing timelines, priorities, and quality assurance.
• Generate insights from financial data, identify efficiency opportunities, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Own the financial and operational planning process, create scalable reporting procedures, and ensure accuracy across teams.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly financials for Cost‑to‑Serve initiatives and prepare analyses for Management Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Lead Quadrant reporting for Cost‑to‑Serve, collaborating with Operations to align financial impact representations.
• Onboard, develop, and mentor team members in financial reporting best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent quantitative experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields.
• Background in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• Proven ability to apply key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in analyses.
• Experience designing process improvements with automation and analytical techniques.
