Senior Finance Manager - Luxemburg

About the role

Data4 is a leading European operator and investor in data centre infrastructure. The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of the Luxembourg corporate entities, ensuring high‑quality accounting, tax compliance and robust financial control in line with the Group’s entrepreneurial, responsible and adaptable values.

Key responsibilities

• Structure the accounting organisation and ensure the quality of accounting entries for external, intercompany financing, OPEX and M&A projects.
• Complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings under local GAAP and IFRS, delivering timely consolidation packages.
• Lead tax declaration processes, work with external advisors and ensure full tax compliance.
• Monitor monthly budget execution, prepare performance analyses, dashboards and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Organise financing activities, approve spending commitments and implement SOX procedures according to the Group roadmap.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (ideally CPA qualified).
• Minimum 15 years of corporate finance experience, including audit/accounting firm background.
• Managerial experience leading small finance teams.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of accounting, consolidation, tax and financial‑control best practices.
• Familiarity with accounting and treasury processes and software; experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as OneStream.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and French.
