Senior Finance Associate – Family Office (up to €75k)

About the role

Join an elite, human‑sized family office in Luxembourg’s vibrant Cloche d'Or district. As a Senior Finance Associate you will own the full spectrum of financial accounting for complex holding and real‑estate entities, while supporting private‑equity and real‑estate investment vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end financial accounting for SOPARFI and other holding structures, including CIT and VAT compliance.
• Maintain and close accounts under Lux GAAP without day‑to‑day supervision.
• Oversee management and financial controlling activities for investment entities, providing analytical insight for private‑equity and real‑estate portfolios.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to prepare board‑meeting materials and ensure smooth information flow.
• Utilise Exact software daily to structure complex accounting and reporting data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a family office, investment structure, or financial firm as a Senior Accountant or Finance Associate, with a focus on SOPARFI and real‑estate accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, business management or corporate finance.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on approach, highly organized and resourceful.
• Team‑oriented attitude with ambition to grow alongside a private‑equity and asset‑management business.
