Senior Finance Analyst, EU 3P Finance

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with the EU 3P Amazon Business, Reseller, and Pricing teams. The role supports two strategic growth levers—Amazon Business and Resellers—by providing financial insight, building models, and guiding risk‑adjusted decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L management for Amazon Business and Reseller segments.
• Drive planning cycles, forecasts, and financial targets for growth programs.
• Build robust financial models and business cases for new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and pricing teams to design and execute recovery initiatives for the Reseller business.
• Support entitlement building and resource requests for emerging focus areas through data‑backed analysis.
• Deliver trend, gap, and variance analyses versus plan, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and profitability levers to optimize growth and returns.
• Invent, simplify, and automate reporting processes to improve scalability and controllership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
• Track record of solving complex business challenges with accurate financial models and recommendations.
• Ability to influence decisions through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical foundation and comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
