Senior Enterprise Architect – European Parliament (Luxembourg)

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to support the European Parliament’s digital transformation. Based near Luxembourg, you will work with EU institutions to ensure their strategy, business capabilities, information, and technology evolve in a coherent, future‑proof manner.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain EA principles, models, reference architectures and guide investment decisions.
• Develop strategy and policy documents (digital strategy, EU interoperability framework, cloud, security, AI policies).
• Create business capability models, process maps, application and technology inventories.
• Drive portfolio rationalisation, Reuse‑Buy‑Build decisions and transition‑architecture planning.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Reg. 2018/1725, NIS2, EUCS, accessibility, AI Act and procurement rules.
• Produce architecture artefacts, diagrams, reference blueprints and maintain the EA repository (ARIS/SNOW).
• Support risk assessments, audits, security reviews and sustainability objectives.
• Provide advisory services and executive briefings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent).
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in the public sector.
• Fluent English (C1 written and spoken).
• TOGAF EA Practitioner certification.
