Senior Corporate Officer / Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer / Paralegal to support the Company Secretary in our small, collegial office in Luxembourg. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (80%) and involves a mix of corporate administration, board support, and transaction assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full corporate lifecycle, including incorporations, bank account openings, powers of attorney, and authorised signatures.
• Draft and maintain high‑quality corporate documentation, such as detailed minutes and board materials using Board Intelligence.
• Assist with investment and divestment transaction approvals, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide comprehensive board support: arrange meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle managing director contracts, logistics, personal files, and corporate filings with the RCS.
• Liaise with notaries, law firms, accountants, auditors, and other third parties to answer queries.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with some in‑house exposure.
• Legal education to degree or master’s level, or equivalent substantial expertise.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working in a small, office‑based environment with occasional homeworking.
• Strong sense of professional responsibility and teamwork.
