Senior Corporate Lawyer – International Transactions

About the role

We are looking for a senior corporate lawyer to join a multilingual firm in Luxembourg that advises multinational companies, investment funds, financial institutions and private equity actors. The role combines cross‑border transaction work, direct client exposure and team leadership in an international business law environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of the Corporate department and act as a trusted legal advisor on strategic matters.
• Advise local and international clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, group restructurings, refinancings and venture‑capital operations.
• Coordinate daily with clients, opposing counsel and external service providers.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal and corporate documentation, including legal opinions on capacity and enforceability.
• Lead, support and coach junior team members.
• Supervise legal research and contribute actively to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience as a lawyer in corporate law.
• Master’s degree in Law and admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German is an asset.
• Proven experience in corporate transactions, legal drafting, negotiation and client relationship management.
• Proactive, dynamic, team‑oriented with clear communication style.
