Capital Markets & Banking Associate

About the role

Hogan Lovells is looking for an Associate to join its Luxembourg Capital Markets & Banking team. You will work on a wide range of cross-border deals and advise top-tier clients, including financial institutions, funds, investment banks, public entities, corporates and private equity houses.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate finance documents and legal opinions for syndicated lending, real estate, fund, asset and acquisition finance, and debt restructuring transactions
• Manage and coordinate capital markets and lending transactions
• Structure, assist and advise on securitisation and structured finance deals
• Assist on debt capital markets transactions, securities issuances and listing matters
• Advise on regulatory and other aspects of finance transactions and capital markets practice
• Take part in presentations, legal publications and client meetings

Required profile

• Master's degree in Law (or similar); an LLM is an asset
• Admission to a European or Luxembourg Bar
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English; German and/or French is an asset
