Senior Coordination Officer

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Senior Coordination Officer to support its multinational operations. This position involves analytical work, performance assessments, and stakeholder engagement across various levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex operational, compliance and performance assessments.
• Facilitate presentations, negotiate outcomes and support decision‑making.
• Analyse numerical data and produce reports using appropriate software tools.
• Apply project management methods and tools to coordinate activities.
• Interact with staff and national representatives at different levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of post‑related experience, or 10 years of progressive experience in a similar function.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
