Senior Consultant – Regulatory Watch

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Regulatory Watch team as a Senior Consultant and help financial organisations navigate the fast‑changing regulatory landscape across Europe and beyond. You will work directly with banks, asset managers and insurers to translate complex regulatory updates into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory scanning for clients, identify emerging challenges and assess their business impact.
• Summarise the effects of new and revised regulations on banks, management companies and insurers.
• Support internal projects aimed at improving the team’s processes, tools and regulatory knowledge base.
• Develop communication materials that convey regulatory implications clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Law, Management or a related field with a focus on Banking, Finance, Compliance or Risk Management.
• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in the financial sector (banks, investment management, insurance) dealing with regulatory topics such as MiFID, PRIIPs, CRD, DORA, MAD, AIFMD, UCITS or EMIR.
• Fluent in English and proficient in French and/or German.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
