Senior Consultant – Insurance & Digital Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to support insurance clients in their digital transformation journeys. You will work on strategic positioning, new business models, organisational redesign and operational excellence, helping clients leverage data and AI to create value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop strategic road‑maps for insurance and digital insurance projects.
• Lead business re‑engineering initiatives, including process optimisation and organisational redesign.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal knowledge base by interpreting innovations and sector challenges.
• Support business development activities, from need definition to commercial proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, business engineering or management.
• 2–6 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably with exposure to the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish a plus).
