Senior Consultant – Insurance & Digital Insurance

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Insurance and Digital Insurance practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients reshape their strategy, launch new business models, and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic positioning and new business orientations for insurance clients.
• Lead organisational redesign, business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to internal offer development by interpreting innovation trends in insurance and digital technologies.
• Support business development activities, including need definition and participation in commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering/Business engineering, or Management.
• 2–6 years of experience in a consultancy environment, preferably with exposure to the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
