Senior Consultant Financial Services – Risk & Regulatory

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory for financial‑services clients. You will work across multiple industries to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end transformation projects in the Risk & Regulatory domain.
• Perform complex analyses, identify critical issues and design actionable solutions.
• Manage and apply methodological concepts and tools within client organisations.
• Identify commercial opportunities related to your expertise and develop them with the team.
• Guide junior consultants, ensure deliverable quality and support their professional development.
• Deliver internal and external training sessions to share knowledge.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in financial services, focusing on Risk & Regulatory.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Deep understanding of financial products, trends and processes at strategic and operational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Interest in data and AI topics with the capacity to quickly acquire expertise.
