Senior Consultant – Energy, Resources & Industrials

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Energy, Resources & Industrials practice. You will work on high‑impact projects, helping clients navigate transformation through data‑driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver key project outputs, leading engagements from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with middle‑ and top‑management stakeholders.
• Adapt and implement concepts to meet specific client needs and facilitate workshops.
• Coach and support new hires and junior consultants, providing mentorship on a quarterly basis.
• Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and commercial meetings.
• Participate in sector‑specific working groups and internal projects.
• Produce papers, articles, and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or PhD) with 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize findings into clear conclusions.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and their application in the energy sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch; German is a plus.
• Passion for the energy industry.
