Senior Consultant – Digitalisation & Data Strategy

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its global consulting team. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients navigate digital transformation, improve operational performance and capture new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic positioning and new‑business development for clients across retail and services.
• Lead organisational redesign, business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to internal offer development by interpreting market innovations and sector challenges.
• Participate in business‑development activities, including need definition and commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven knowledge of digitalisation, marketing, operational excellence, pricing, revenue management or procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
