Customer Success Manager - Retention (German Speaking)

About the role

Salonkee, a fast‑growing beauty‑tech company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on retention for its German‑speaking salon clients. You will help clients unlock the full value of our all‑in‑one software and ensure long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage churn requests, engage at‑risk salons and identify retention opportunities.
• Monitor usage trends, support re‑engagement of inactive accounts and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales to deliver targeted support.
• Analyse churn reasons and usage patterns to refine retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (French a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex solutions persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven sales experience focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
• High energy, motivated and data‑driven, with a passion for growth.
