Senior Consultant Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a Senior Consultant to guide organisations through their transformation journey. You will combine a solid understanding of day‑to‑day business operations with the ability to design innovative, technology‑enabled solutions that boost productivity and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational‑excellence action plans to improve client performance.
• Analyse key processes, identify bottlenecks and propose simplification and improvement measures.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Implement solutions, coach client teams and ensure sustainable results.
• Onboard and train junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.
• Facilitate smooth implementation of corporate strategies.
• Track results, drive continuous improvement and build trust with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proven experience analysing business processes and delivering productivity‑enhancing solutions.
• Strong quantitative research skills and numerical ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience from inception to delivery.
• Leadership experience in guiding teams toward positive outcomes.
• Humility, result‑orientation, pragmatism and a sense of fun.
