Senior Consultant Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation & Operational Excellence to guide clients through their change journeys. You will design and implement innovative solutions that boost productivity, cut costs and leverage technology to meet long‑term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational‑excellence action plans to improve client performance.
• Analyse key business processes, identify inefficiencies and propose simplification measures.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Implement solutions and coach client teams until sustainable results are achieved.
• Onboard and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.
• Facilitate smooth implementation of corporate strategies.
• Monitor results, drive continuous improvement and report on outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across client organisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proven experience analysing business processes and delivering productivity‑enhancing solutions.
• Strong quantitative research skills and numerical ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience from inception to delivery.
• Leadership experience guiding teams toward positive outcomes.
• Humility, result‑orientation, pragmatism and a collaborative mindset.
