Senior Consultant – Asset & Wealth Management Consulting

About the role

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Luxembourg office. You will work on consulting engagements for leading asset managers, private banks and investor service providers, helping clients shape strategy, execute M&A integration and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support consulting projects for prestigious asset and wealth management clients.
• Develop and deliver strategies, M&A integration plans, operating model reviews, and organisational evolution frameworks.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and operational benchmarking.
• Manage change programmes and support clients through implementation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven experience in consulting or project delivery within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Significant exposure to blue‑chip financial services organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across European locations.
