Senior Compliance Manager

About the role

Ant International is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join its growing EMEA Compliance team in Luxembourg. The role supports the Alipay+ and Antom business lines, ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization and providing guidance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assurance to senior management that regulatory compliance risks are effectively managed.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies and procedures to meet all relevant laws, regulations, and group standards.
• Identify compliance risks, establish controls, and escalate potential breaches or conduct issues.
• Monitor regional regulatory changes, conduct impact assessments, and lead implementation projects.
• Oversee the outsourcing framework to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and conduct thematic reviews.
• Offer regulatory advice for new product and service launches.
• Support regulatory reporting processes and collaborate with legal, risk, AML, and business teams.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, hard‑working self‑starter with strong interpersonal and project‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the payments or financial services industry.
• Ability to engage proactively with business units in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
