Senior Business Manager – Luxembourg

About the role

Pixie is launching its operations in Luxembourg and is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead market entry and business development. You will be responsible for building the company’s presence, establishing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT staffing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Pixie’s market entry and business development strategy in Luxembourg.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential clients and partners.
• Close contracts and secure new business opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Business Managers.
• Maintain a strong network within the local staffing and technology ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven autonomy in business development within the IT staffing industry.
• Deep understanding of the Luxembourg market and professional culture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a robust network in staffing or technology sectors.
• Fluent in English and French.
