Senior Avaloq Consultant (Financial Services)

About the role

We are partnering with a specialist service provider driving digital transformation for financial institutions. In a period of strong growth, we seek a Senior Avaloq Consultant to support international banks in designing, evolving, and implementing Avaloq solutions, acting as the bridge between business needs and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment on business requirements.
• Structure and facilitate workshops, clarify priorities, and guide decision‑making.
• Support business teams in formalising requirements and defining priorities.
• Translate business needs into functional and system specifications.
• Draft clear, solution‑oriented specifications and conduct gap analyses.
• Contribute to the design of Avaloq workflows and required customisations.
• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects, from analysis to go‑live.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in financial services.
• Strong command of Avaloq.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
