Segment Account Manager – Defense

About the role

Join the sales organization of CERATIZIT in Mamer, Luxembourg, as a Segment Account Manager for the Defense market. You will combine technical expertise with business responsibilities to drive growth in a strategic product segment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer service.
• Identify business development risks and opportunities in the Defense market.
• Develop and implement a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets.
• Manage global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition.
• Travel to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long‑term relationships.
• Navigate Defense industry‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Technical background with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% of the time, internationally.
