Segment Account Manager Automotive & Electronics

About the role

As part of the Sales organization, the Segment Account Manager bridges technical expertise and commercial responsibilities within the Automotive & Electronics segments, driving growth and building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Driving sales growth and delivering premium customer service.
• Identifying business development risks and opportunities in Automotive & Electronics markets.
• Developing and implementing a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets.
• Managing global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition.
• Traveling to meet customers, understand market dynamics, and build long‑term relationships.
• Understanding industry‑specific requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Holding a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Technical background with deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally 20‑40% of the time.
