Securities Administrator, International Issuance Office

About the role

The Securities Administrator in the International Issuance Office will shape how securities issuance processes are designed, automated and delivered across the Deutsche Börse Group. Working within the Centre of Competence, you will act as the operational expert who defines standards and drives innovation, while supporting the Prague Delivery Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Own the automation pipeline for international issuance, identifying opportunities, defining requirements and setting quality standards.
• Design, validate and implement automated workflows for securities code opening and reference‑data enrichment to maximise straight‑through processing.
• Serve as the primary operational voice in digitisation projects (e.g., CORA, D7) ensuring solutions meet regulatory and operational realities.
• Provide expert guidance and escalation support to the Prague Delivery Hub, delivering knowledge‑transfer programmes and reducing reliance on the Governance Hub.
• Lead business acceptance testing, design test scenarios and sign‑off on operational readiness for new capabilities.
• Monitor exception patterns, analyse root causes and drive systemic improvements.
