Sales Support Intern

About the role

ING Solutions Investment Management (ISIM), the Luxembourg ManCo of ING Group, is looking for a Sales Support Intern to join its team in Luxembourg from November/December 2026 for at least 6 months. The intern works closely with the Sales team and gains first-hand insight into how ISIM funds are managed and promoted. Only candidates who can provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data files, prepare materials and create presentations for client meetings across the countries where ISIM funds are distributed.
• Participate in client meetings, observing how Relationship Managers interact with international markets, and learn how presentations are tailored to each market.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on commercial documentation and with the Product team on product information.
• Support the Portfolio team, using tools such as Bloomberg.
• Help prepare B2B client meetings, Board Packs for ISIM's investment funds and Management Board, and support operational and administrative tasks of the ManCo.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university and able to provide a valid internship convention.
• Studying Economics, Finance, Business or a similar subject; marketing and web design experience is an asset.
• Fluent English or French; German, Dutch, Italian, Polish or other languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis).
• PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn and teamwork.
