Sales Supervisor Germany & Switzerland (m/w/d)

About the role

Dynabrade Europe is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and support its sales team across Germany and Switzerland. The role bridges the sales agents and the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring daily execution, strong customer focus, and continuous improvement in a technical, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of sales agents to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Provide technical demonstrations and propose solutions to end‑users.
• Offer technical support to distributors’ sales forces.
• Visit prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor daily sales activity, performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes, pricing, and promotions.
• Act as first point of escalation for customer, distributor, or operational issues.
• Report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Maintain CRM data, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in forecasting, sales planning, budgeting, and KPI analysis using Excel or similar tools.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with supervisory or team‑lead background preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to coach and communicate effectively.
• Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and CRM tools.
• Ability to balance hands‑on selling with team leadership.
