Sales Manager – Space & Defense (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Sales Manager to drive growth across the space and defence ecosystem. Based in Luxembourg, the role will cover Europe, APAC and support activities in North America, working with prime contractors and emerging commercial space players.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue generation and go‑to‑market strategies for the space and defence portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prime contractors and commercial space customers.
• Coordinate cross‑regional sales activities across Europe, APAC and North America.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive the sales pipeline in a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the space, defence or high‑tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and mission‑critical project environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an international customer base.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
