Sales Associate – Real Estate & Coliving

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our fast‑growing coliving and real‑estate business in Luxembourg. You will be the main point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the entire sales journey and helping them find the ideal living space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle using our internal CRM, including calls, emails, online meetings and in‑person viewings.
• Qualify inbound leads and match them with suitable rooms from our portfolio.
• Schedule property visits, follow up with prospects and close rental agreements.
• Onboard new clients and support existing tenants with contracts, move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for meeting new people.
• Highly organised, able to manage a sales pipeline and daily schedule effectively.
• Team player who thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus.
• Good sense of humour.
