About the role

Join the prestigious Rolex boutique in Luxembourg City as a Sales Associate. You will deliver an exceptional, memorable experience to customers, representing world‑renowned watch brands and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality sales service and after‑sales assistance to boutique visitors.
• Engage clients, develop authentic relationships, and maintain follow‑up portfolios.
• Uphold professional communication, teamwork, and brand standards at all times.
• Manage daily inventory, boutique tasks, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Promote the boutique’s culture internally and externally, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Support management in implementing guidelines and standards.

Required profile

• Sales‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in at least three languages among Luxembourgish, German, English, and French.
• Secondary school diploma; higher education is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in luxury watches and the market.
• Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
