Sales Assistant to Chief Sales Officer – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our Chief Sales Officer for Europe. Based at our international headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, growth initiatives, and business development across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the CSO Europe on sales, growth, and business development topics.
• Interact daily with European subsidiaries and international business partners.
• Analyze and monitor commercial performance, including sales numbers, growth metrics, and recruitment data.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for top management.
• Assist in shaping innovative sales and acquisition concepts to boost performance.
• Coordinate sales conventions, leadership events, and international business trips.
• Handle general administrative tasks, organize meetings, calls, and executive communications.
• Manage correspondence, telephone, and video conferences.

Required profile

• Education in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• First successful experience in sales, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Strong interest in sales performance, numbers, and growth challenges.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or another language is a strong advantage.
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured, reliable, results‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Proactive approach and ability to work closely with senior executives.
• High flexibility, agility, and willingness to travel internationally.
