About the role
As a Sales Advisor you will act as a product expert and guide customers through the entire Tesla ownership journey. You will educate prospects on the benefits of electric vehicles, address their questions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Stay up‑to‑date on Tesla vehicle features, technology, and industry trends.
- Understand each customer’s needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Explain financing options, trade‑ins, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Execute sales administrative tasks such as contract completion and finance processing.
- Maintain vehicle readiness and store cleanliness to Tesla standards.
- Use Avaya or other client‑management tools for communication and lead generation.
Required profile
- Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Talent for explaining complex topics in simple terms.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to educate and understand needs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets.
Required skills
- Experience with Avaya or similar client‑management tools.
