Risk Manager – Private Markets (VP level)

About the role

The Global Private Markets Asset Manager is seeking a Risk Specialist to join its Luxembourg office at VP level. Reporting to the Conducting Officer of Risk, you will help shape a unified risk function across four locations, providing high‑visibility exposure and strong career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Conducting Officer to enhance the overall risk management framework.
• Draft, implement and report the annual risk report to the CSSF.
• Oversee risk monitoring for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Provide risk and control information for Board meetings, including supporting materials.
• Support the continuous development and improvement of the risk function.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of alternative asset classes, especially Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Estate.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of key responsibilities.
• Fluency in English.
