Restaurant Service Agent (H/F)

About the role

The Restaurant Service Agent works under the direction of the head chef, sous‑chef or line cook, performing a variety of kitchen tasks while ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with mise en place, including preparation of ingredients and equipment.
• Receive, store, and organize food deliveries according to safety protocols.
• Prepare meals, garnishes, desserts, and other menu items as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team during service peaks and special events.

Required profile

• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced culinary environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Basic understanding of food‑handling regulations.
