Regional Manager – Western & Northern Europe

About the role

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for Western & Northern Europe. You will lead sales activities, build relationships with C‑suite clients, and drive market growth in line with the exchange’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador, representing LuxSE to senior management and C‑suite audiences.
• Implement and report on a growth strategy focused on financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Head and internal stakeholders to define strategies for attracting new issuers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments, conduct research, and identify new market opportunities, products, and customer needs.
• Promote LuxSE services, anticipate client objectives, and build long‑term relationships.
• Explore and develop strategic or commercial partnerships where appropriate.
• Increase LuxSE visibility through participation in industry associations and forums.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a business development manager or sales executive in market infrastructure or securities services.
• Proven sales track record in European debt capital markets.
• Strong network with financial institutions and corporates in Northern & Western Europe.
• Experience engaging with C‑level audiences.
• Commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
