Real-Time Treasury Manager

About the role

Ant International is seeking a Real-Time Treasury Manager to design and operate a cutting‑edge treasury framework that leverages blockchain and AI technologies. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day liquidity and reserve management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a real‑time treasury management framework based on blockchain and AI.
• Manage daily liquidity, reserve operations, and investment activities in line with risk tolerance and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate integrations with financial institution partners at both business and system levels.
• Work with product, technology, and compliance teams to build scalable, well‑controlled systems for both conventional and digital treasury processes.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, standards, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, fund operations, or financial services.
• Strong familiarity with financial institutions and financial instruments.
• Knowledge of distributed ledger technology (DLT) is a plus.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams remotely, including Accounting, Compliance, AML, Product, and IT.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages such as French, German, or Chinese are advantageous.
• Solid analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
