Quantitative Analyst

About the role

This position supports quantitative researchers by ensuring high‑quality datasets, building internal tools, and improving research workflows in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. You will work closely with engineers and researchers to keep production systems reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, validate, clean, and maintain datasets used in research and production environments.
• Monitor production systems, analyze logs, and investigate data or system inconsistencies.
• Support ad‑hoc research requests and perform exploratory data analysis as needed.
• Design and build internal tools, scripts, and automation utilities using Python.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to improve research infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity for understanding technical systems.
• Background in STEM fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.
• No prior experience in finance or quantitative trading required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python with clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with Pandas for data manipulation.
• Experience with NumPy for numerical analysis.
