Quality Control & Mobile Team Officer – Fixed‑Term (24 months)

About the role

This position joins the Quality Control & Mobile team at Pictet Group in Luxembourg on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support fund operational units, help manage peak‑period workloads, and drive process and control improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Perform short‑term support missions within fund operational units to absorb overloads and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Assist production teams during peak periods and contribute to the implementation of efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and monitor key quality‑control KPIs using the BI platform (Tableau).
• Coordinate transversal reporting and contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at improving service delivery.
• Identify and propose enhancements to the process and control framework based on experience from other departments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (finance, IT, mathematics) or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project management, change management, process/data modelling, fund operations or the banking sector.
• Strong organisational, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a diligent approach to achieving objectives.
