Project Manager (Senior & Intermediate Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager (senior and intermediate) to support the Value Chain in Luxembourg. The role ensures alignment with the strategic vision, monitors risks early, and drives consistent ways of working across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain decision and action logs and keep the stakeholder list up to date.
• Collaborate with core members and other PMOs to standardise processes.
• Support capacity and budget planning with budget officers and the DTO PMO, assist resource planning and monitor budget utilisation.
• Manage demand by adding and updating initiatives, maintaining the project catalogue and roadmap, tracking progress, preparing management reports, reviewing the backlog and suggesting process improvements.
• Publish updates on Microsoft Teams, Smartsite and the intranet, ensure smooth information flow and train new members on tools and processes.
• Organise and support workshops, follow up on actions and work with DTO facilitators to embed new models, processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques such as UML and BPMN.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience eliciting and preparing business requirement documents.
• Experience writing user stories and preparing/executing test cases.
• Open to senior and intermediate level candidates.
• On‑site work in Luxembourg.
