Program Manager – Transportation Network Design

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead transportation network design initiatives across Europe. Based in either Luxembourg or London, you will bridge upstream design and downstream implementation, ensuring seamless physical and virtual transportation processes from fulfillment centers to final‑mile carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Create roadmaps and brief cross‑functional teams on project requirements.
• Set measurable milestones and continuously define goals for ongoing programs.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to drive decisions and provide business insights.
• Run regular meetings with partner teams to track progress, launch new initiatives and improve existing programmes.
• Document project standards and ensure compliance across all stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across business functions.
• Detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Proven experience in program or project management and process improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
