Program Manager, External Fulfilment Launch

About the role

Amazon’s External Fulfilment (EF) business expands capacity by partnering with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers across Europe. As a Program Manager you will lead the end‑to‑end launch of new 3PL nodes, ensuring they meet Amazon’s operational standards and customer experience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑stakeholder projects to establish new 3PL operations, coordinating with Network Planning, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Lead the RFI/RFQ process, validate solution designs, and negotiate commercial terms with selected 3PL partners.
• Oversee launch execution phases, including building setup, systems integration, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual frameworks while delivering optimal performance.
• Contribute to launch playbooks and standards as EF expands into new building types.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in program or project management within logistics, supply chain or transportation.
• Knowledge of advanced English (CEFR B2/C1) and strong analytical abilities.
• Understanding of distribution supply chain, B2B communication (EDI/XML) and start‑up operations.
