Product Engineer – Advantage+Elite Platform

About the role

As a Product Engineer for the Advantage+Elite™ platform, you will join Husky Technologies' engineering team in Luxembourg. You will work on root‑cause investigations, develop predictive monitoring solutions, and lead cross‑disciplinary projects that serve niche market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with the A+E monitoring centre and conduct deep‑dive investigations beyond standard desk capacity.
• Drive root‑cause analysis to resolution and feed lessons learned back into the monitoring program.
• Lead research on niche market requirements and design monitoring and alert strategies.
• Propose and implement new opportunities to enhance monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with service, sales, quality, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience with Husky equipment (machines, molds, robots, handling systems).
• At least 3 years experience in mold process optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Data‑driven, systematic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with emerging technologies.
