Principal Planning Integration – Fleet Demand & EU Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Principal Planning Integration professional to lead the redesign of its Fleet Requirement Planning (FRP) model for the EU logistics network. The role will drive the integration of new van requirements, advanced AI‑based forecasting, and a modern dashboard to support critical fleet supply‑chain decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the re‑engineering of the automated FRP model, incorporating new Amazon van programs (e.g., Ship With Amazon, DSP Lite).
• Move forecasting to clustering, probability‑based modelling and agentic AI, and scale optimisation models with operational cost objectives.
• Develop a “digital twin” of FRP for what‑if analysis, scenario planning and investment evaluation together with Finance.
• Transition the user interface from Excel to a user‑friendly dashboard and integrate new supply channels such as van sharing and multi‑use vehicles.
• Provide visibility and risk assessment for Capex/Opex decisions, vehicle mix, asset utilisation and electrification planning.
• Secure senior stakeholder buy‑in for fleet CAPEX and OPEX investments and ensure plans reflect the latest assumptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale fleet demand or supply‑chain modelling projects.
• Strong collaboration with finance and senior business partners.
• Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business decisions.
• Experience with electrification (EV) planning and multi‑country rollout is a plus.
