Network Planning Manager – Middle Mile Network Control

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Network Planning Manager to lead outbound network planning for a UK sub‑region, based at its Luxembourg headquarters. The role sits within the STEP TNO MMNC team and works closely with operational, retail and technology stakeholders to optimise cost, speed and efficiency across the middle‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Define outbound network planning (legs, sorts, CPT) for 3‑5 sort centres in the assigned UK sub‑region.
• Analyse forecast and historical flow data to design cost‑effective, fast, and reliable end‑to‑end network solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on network changes and resolve operational challenges.
• Support planning and execution of complex projects, including peak‑period network transformations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience in program or project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing data‑driven process improvements in supply chain environments.
