About the role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support our Partners at KPMG Luxembourg. The role ensures smooth daily operations, manages communications and helps maintain strong client relationships in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Partners’ calendars, calls, inboxes and digital mailroom, ensuring timely handling of correspondence.
- Prepare and send letters, emails and other communications on behalf of Partners.
- Organise internal and external meetings, lunches, conference calls and client events.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries and expense processing, including car leasing and credit‑card payments.
- Support procurement activities through the P2P system and coordinate training follow‑up with L&D.
- Maintain up‑to‑date CVs, business cards and system delegations (MyNeo, MyRequest, risk dashboards).
- Act as first point of contact for clients and external parties, take minutes and follow‑up on action items.
- Create PowerPoint presentations using KPMG templates and manage data in the InterAction CRM tool.
- Train new team members and assist with department‑specific tasks.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; German and/or French are an asset.
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment.
