Payroll Professional – Remote Freelance Surveys

About the role

We are looking for experienced payroll professionals to join a remote freelance project. You will contribute your expertise to a series of surveys designed to benchmark AI research models on real‑world payroll tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple surveys that simulate payroll calculations, compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding and reporting.
• Provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of survey questions.
• Share professional judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the surveys.

Required profile

• Current involvement in payroll activities within HR, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong familiarity with payroll processes, including calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding and reporting.
• Experience with payroll software, HRIS systems or automated payroll workflows is a plus.
